3 Generations Part 3

you need to think before you speak, you cant have god and the devil
right and wrong, its a choice, that's why lucifer fell
now i dont usually speak out but ive something to say
get your sorry self home, give our mother a break
and stop thinking you know it all, predicting your life
theres a million tomorrows between first breath and dying
because on these roads, 7 year old's get killed by guns and flick knifes
so think right, think clear, hold on to every year that your even here
survival is a practise, so practise, then when you have perfected yourself
still practise but spend time out, things may be different this time round
every place is different, so its easy to figure it all out
i mean steven, they dont say "sound" down south
same sons, different fathers, crazy the difference that makes
that little sister wanted one man, not non-committing mistakes
the daddies came around sometimes, though stevens, not quite so many
he is out on the town lookin for a one night stand, is he a real man?
if he was taste, that taste would be bland im sure
kyle is engaged to jenny, he is commited to many and tries hard to see little lenny at the weekends
now kyle had almost too much love to share between two
his mother and jenny, he'd die for both if he needed to
looks at his mother and says "when i was little, i needed you"
and jenny wanted to reach him, but something died in his eyes
"you put me in care, fuck sake, where the hell was you"
"jenny this does'nt invlove you"
he tried to give every heartbeat but the trouble he knew
a boy with a broken heart aint got much beat to move
more decisions, more choices to choose, fuck the both of you, i will marry the booze, the ale
smoke so many sticks that i force my heart to fail
"dont understand" said his mama, "you're meant to be on the rails"
i cant have you go like steven, you're all i have, if im a ship, you're the sails"
"but mother, im not an alpha male, i cant play the role anymore
thats not me, i was always the quiet one, thats me
the sensible one, thats what you and steven forced me to be, can you not see what life was like for me"
"i understand, and i love you, but baby, youve gotta try
you are the only one here, only one left in my life"
"i will try one last time, im sure if i put my mind behind my advice
i will continue to be your mr.sunshine, for your the watford chiquita
i am sunshine, so shine i will do, for this is the end
god bless and thank you, continue, maybe, for every chapter one
there is always going to be a chapter two"
